To ensure Iplex provides an accurate quote we do request the customers ‘issued for construction drawings’, especially when it is a bespoke product. In some cases where information is not clear, the Iplex team can work with the customer to produce CAD drawings for a nominated fee. Prior to any fabricated work proceeding Iplex requires all drawings approved by sign off by the customer.
For custom items, Iplex regularly deals with obscure freight loads requirements. Our distribution team will assist within our guidelines around freight management and OHS requirement, at times engaging with third parties to ensure we conform, and the product is transported and delivered safely.
